Branched-Cyclodextrin

Feature:
Branched-cyclodextrin is made from the material of cyclodextrins£¨¦Á¡¢¦Â¡¢¦Ã£©and maltose, produced by the action of the enzyme (amylopectin) on the material. Its main ingredient is maltose branch chain formed by 6-8 glucose units. Branched cyclodextrin improves its water-solubility with this maltose branched  chain.

Application:

The cyclic structure of branched cyclodextrin has the function of containing oleophylic material, especially holding, protecting, stabilizing the flavour of low molecular and unstable material with volatile component, and removing odour.
